Create a template for video sharing website (smarty php)

Hi i have a nice project for someone who is reliable as i have hired 3 people before this and they have all scammed me and not done the job so only bid if you are 100% capable to complete project and accept my terms below.

Firstly let me explain the project

I want a template made for this so the design is transformed to look like this script ([url removed, login to view]) you can see like demo of this script here ([url removed, login to view]) so i want my script to look like this.

I will provide you with the full souce code for the script of my website which you can then use to create template to look just like the phpvibe design and once you have created the template you can show me the design on your hosting account and if you have completed it i will send you the full payment and once you have payment you can then install template to my website.
