Create a stripe API wrapper

We want to have a custom API wrapper for all functions on Stripe payment gateway like payments, subscriptions etc. This custom API would be an intermediate between the final customer and stripe API. The main idea of this wrapper is be able to create an additional fee over stripe costs, per example if stripe charges 3.5% per transaction, i would like to charge 5% per transaction trough our custom API. Beside the API, we need a system where our customers could login and check their transactions, status, commissions, transfers etc. In summary we need a similar stripe interface for final users but with custom % and fees per client, we have to deploy this asap!.
