Create a shortcode-calculator for Wordpress

We want a calculator like this. It should be made as a shortcode so we can insert is wherever we want. We only want a calculator for the dropdown menu that says "Gulv", like this: [login to view URL] This calculator will calculate how many kg it will be used for each 10mm. Example: 10mm= 17kg/m2 20mm= 34kg/m2 30mm= 51kg/m2 40mm= 68kg/m2 50mm= 85kg/m2 m2 multiplied by these kilos depending on what will be inserted into the table. The table goes from 10mm-50mm on all products in the dropdown menu, except for one product. This product will use 18kg/m2 (Uniplan ECO LC), instead of 17kg/m2 like the others.
