Create a Wordpress Template like RateMyProfessors

I would like a Wordpress theme that's pretty much like RateMyProfessors.com.
For the main page, I'd prefer if it had more of a Google look, where the search bar is in the middle of the page and the categories are listed under it as buttons (Search Professors, Search Universities .. etc). As for other details, its preferable that the theme looks attractive for the university students' age. Finally, if it could be a bit more clean-cut, easier to navigate through, it would be much better.
The last piece of the puzzle, is that it needs to support two languages, English and Arabic.
I've found many fitting themes on Themeforest that unfortunately lacked small bits and pieces of customization. If its possible to build on top of one, then maybe all I need are some plugins for languages and a Google-ish front page.
