Create a Wordpress Template from an existing HubSpot website

My client has an existing HubSpot blog that I wish to move to WordPress. I am looking for someone to create a theme for me that looks the same as the existing site and includes all the graphics etc. local to the theme (no cross linking).
Completed project must be fully white labeled (no developer identifying information), be fully working as an uploadable theme, and include all necessary files, CSS, images, etc.
There are online tools to do part of this work, and I am an experienced coder, however I have a tight deadline and would like to outsource this work.
Site details will be provided in follow up communication, deadline is Wednesday (7th).
Expected pricing is < CAD$100 in keeping with previous similar project pricing and third party services for this work.
