I am after a basic WordPress site that looks fresh and modern, clean and crisp.
1. User login - My client can log into the site and see their account
a. Place new order ( Order will be simply selecting product from list of 10 - Nothing fancy even a tick box to select product will be fine )
b. Bring up a list of their orders and see the history – and be able to click into the order and see what was ordered or at least see it all in the summary
c. Search for orders – Pending, Cancelled, Completed Etc
d. Download the files that we upload into their account for them ( The Finished Product)
e. Access Marketing Tools section –
i. IE Brochures,(List of available files to download) they click to download
ii. Blogs, (the usual Blog)
iii. Videos (Section for all the videos that they can watch)
iv. Section for us to put our Pod Casts
2. When the order is placed it will send out a couple of emails
a. 1 email to my customer who placed the order, this will be in the format of an invoice
b. 1 email to my customers customer (the End user)– This will be a nice HTML email depending on the product selected that will have some smarts about it. IE a Link to a splash page that they then select the options they are after (or even better this is all included in the email)
i. A playlist of Music , the customer picks 1 they want to use
ii. A Playlist of Voice Over artist, customer picks 1
iii. Depending on the plan then a form with some questions to answer(8 plans so 8 forms),
iv. When the customer submits this detail, it is sent to our provisioning team so that they know what the customer wants, they take these details and organise the order (File for upload).
1 Email to the provisioning team to alert them a new order has been placed by our customer
3. We need the ability to update the order in the system, update the status IE Pending, Waiting for Customer, Completed.
a. When it is completed we want to be able to upload some files which will sit in the customer’s account, so that they can log in and download the file,
b. I would like an email to be sent to my customer each time the order status is moved to complete to advise them the file is ready, and a link in the email taking them to the download section of the order..
4. Lastly I want a page that is outside of logging in that everyone can access that has a portfolio of our products, so it shows all the examples of our work so sales reps on the road can also open up this page and demonstrate the examples.
