Create a Simple Product Builder Web App for Website

I require a simple web app on my magento website. The web app will be a Product builder where the user will be able to choose a product (example a chair), next they will be able to choose the material of the chair (example oak, timber etc), and finally they will be able to choose the colour.
Each attribute will have a price associated with it and the total will be shown at the end. Example a chair costs $100, the timber will cost $40 extra and the colour Blue will be $33 extra. Total at the end is $173
I would need to be lightweight and able for me to customise myself, as I have many different chairs and would like to add them at any time - please show me in the source code how I can add new products, new colours and materials as I'll be able to do this myself if shown. If you're interested please outline which programming language you will use.
