Create a PHP or WINDOWS application

Hello. My first rule is to not accept new members. Note: * I accept PHP app or Windows App. * I can show you a print screen with a application like this.... just photo! Looking for a professional programmer who knows how to create a PHP application. This application must check if an ID is online or not. ( ID number = a car from a website ) I want to create a PHP application where i can insert multiple ID. I will insert manually each ID. Once i will insert each ID in interface, the application will know to search the posting directly in website and check if valid or suspended! Is something like an automatically checker.... If you want to check manually, you must go directly in website... and put the ID directly in the box of search of ID... then press search.... automatically you will be redirected to that posting! I want to insert into the interface more ID and appear below each other. Of course will be a button ``CHECK IDs``... this button will check all IDs inserted in interface.... one by one.... and of course.... after 20-30 seconds, will show for each other the status.... if is valid or suspended! I can show you also the message if a posting is suspended... to know how to create the php app. After first checking, i want to show me some details of each ID... in the interface... like km, year, the name of posting... .. some details from posting! By the way, this PHP application must check my multiple IDs inserted in interface.... and inform me if the ID is still valid or suspended! If is valid will show me with green color VALID.... if is suspended will show me with red color SUSPENDED.... most important is... even if will be suspended... the posting must remain in interface.... and delete manually... with a button DELETE... for each ID inserted. In my mind, i think.... this application must have also a database... because i must to save more ID.... and keep it somewhere saved... then i will delete it manually from interface...
