Create Hybrid Mobile Apps - 3 Apps

We would like to create few Hybrid Mobile apps using HTML5, JS Libraries & cordova. we would like to have the apps run only on android. I am also attaching the rough snapshots of the UI that depicts the features that we need. However we would need a much better User Experience. Apps are - 1. Delivery Boy Apps - Used to assign orders to delivery boys & to track deliveries & money collection 2. Sellers Order App - We have opencart in server side. Each product has a source attribute. Whenever order comes at server then a plugin should segregate products based on source. The plugin should notify sellers app of their products (Google Cloud Messaging + order pull requests from apps). Sellers can mark as received & pkg'ed. The seller app should pkg a library that allows it to print the order on a handheld printer using bluetooth. 3. Product Price Update App - A simple app that salesmen or seller can use to update prices. A seller should see only products that belongs to him & can change the prices & sync those prices to server. A API should be written at server to update the prices or mark a product as unavailable. The server side API & Database also has to be developed. Plugin for seller app also need to be developed for opencart. App should run well & without hiccups on both android smartphone as well as tablets. It should be possible to update the apps from time to time. The work that has been mentioned should be 75% of what could be the end product because more clarity will come as we progress.
