For what you described, what you want is an email template that will be sent to your customers by Mailchimp. This job isn't directly connected with your Drupal system, but you can still use the design theming and elements (like images used in your website layout) to help creating that template. In my experience, for better results you have to have a HTML email template, that your customer open it in his/her mailbox and see all your message right there. PDFs attachments are not recommended, maybe just one or other image specially used in the email can be attached. All other things need to be write directly in the email body. Hello there Are you talking about email template for sending html mail? if so, don't be over charged, it is not complicated task and I will show you in details how to do it so that you can do it yourself if you wish.
