Design a subtheme of Drupal Omega 4 using Sass. Theme name is Murz (machine name: murz). The Murz theme is to be designed as a neat MOBILE FIRST theme. One or more Page Layouts and Content Layouts are to be designed within the theme for use in Panels and Panels Everywhere especially. Theme developer will need to communicate regularly with other team members via WhatsApp mobile app and Email. (Attachment shows the proposed desktop lookof the Murz theme ). Bidders for the project may propose alternative design mockups featuring young african women in the design (It is a lifestyle, travel and health blog for young african women between ages 26-34yrs).
