Website is a Wordpress based website but with a customized page like the one in the attachment. Basically it is a Customer Service Website where grieved customers who did not get a good service from a company they purchased products/services can come and make a complain. it happens like a thread or forum and there are comments and replies on post by customer/guest/company etc.
A Guest must be able to make a post and post must appear on frontpage after approval is made by website admin from the back end. People comment on post as it would be with a wordpress site. Each post made comes with a picture as shown in the jpeg file.
I HAVE TO SEE THAT A FREELANCER CAN DO THE JOB BEFORE I RELEASE MILESTONE. I BAD EXPERIENCE WITH QUACK AND DUBIOUS FREELANCERS. PROJECT AMOUNT IS NOT MORE THAN $200.
