Hello,

this is a wordpress site. I use contact form 7 for the booking at the end of the page, as you see on the image.

I need that whene you click on the "bambini" button will appear three more input where we can insert the number of the children per years old.

first input: from 0 to 3 years old : how many children?

second input : from 3 to 6 years old : how many children?

third input : up to 6 years old how many children?
