Hello, I know i am new in freelancer but i have sound knowledge of web development field. I implement many payment gateway and very familiar in paypal also, so i bit confident in that work. so at least one time come for discussion i give you quality of work in as per your budget. I have hand of experience of more than 5 year in joomla framework. In mean time i make many custom component which follow the same MVC structure of joomla. Also i make customization in almost all famous joomla component.
