Well, I can see you're looking for retrofitting, I can of-course make your website mobile-friendly / responsive, although you don't need to have separate website for mobile when you have responsive design but we can still redirect users to mobile website. I'd use Bootstrap3 to achieve the same and will take almost 3 days with all the revisions required. Bid amount is negotiable depending upon how much work is there to be done.
