Create a one page website to upload .XML file types and perfectly convert them to .ENV file types while charging a credit card, then emailing the converted file to them and making it available to download. The one page website must be attractive, logo included (if possible), if not, state that you will not be doing that in your bid. SSL needed on the website as well.
