Convert Existing theme to 24 column and help fix pages and common theme elements

Scope of work ------------------------ 1. Clean existing theme and create minimal (just required files) for the development 2. Convert 12 column to 24 column theme 3. Create effective and minimal code for about 40 common elements with customization for 2-3 variants (example textbox regular, textbox with underline etc.) including a. Textbox b. Dropdown (select 2) c. Checkbox, radio d. Repeating rows e. Table f. File list g. Modal (popup and side) {also fix shifting os screens when modal opens) h. Panels i. Drag drop scrum board j. Some components like reference site [login to view URL] look and feel k. Copy some icon, menu, and other element styles from other themes l. Etc. not more than 35-40 common elements with minor fixes m. fix the css based chart (custom code) so that it can be used easy in theme and in any size n. include common goog 4. Convert existing pages (4 in number) to new theme and clean code meaning fix alignment and spacing etc. issues and help node.js developer to integrate new code into the existing backend system 5. Provide snippets for point 3 and help to integrate snippet and minimal template created in point 1 into pine grow editor to help me create UI at faster pace
