Project Description

I have a Contact Form 7 form that will be used on a private page. One of the form fields is a radio group with multiple options. When you select a radio button, another group of radio buttons appears. (CF7 Conditional Fields plugin).

I would like to make a script that saves the chosen radio button from the SECOND group to the database when the form is successfully submitted, and the next time the form is viewed, that radio button is disabled. I'm assuming this will take a combination of PHP to query the db and create a script on the front end to disable the radio buttons by name.

Lastly, it would be ideal to have a simple options page on the back end that showed all these radio buttons that have been submitted/disabled, and allow the admin to delete them individually from the database so they are re-enabled on the front end.

The theme is X, the plugin is Contact Form 7. You may use another plugin if needed, whether it be CF7 Dynamic Fields, or Advanced Custom Fields Pro (I have a license). I'm indifferent to that, simply looking for the end result.
