It's only a small project, however i am looking for a way to display options in Contact Form 7 based on entries stored in sql. I am currently using Contact Form 7 - Dynamic Text Extension which fetches the values but does not have the funtion to display as a drop down selection but only as text inline. I need this function as my project relies on a lot of options that a user needs to select from throughout multiple forms in Contact Form 7.
