Complete Front & Backend Solution Needed (Including Payment Gateway)

Complete Front & Backend Solution, Including a complete Payment Gateway / payment integration system either through Paypal OR another Merchant Provider that will accept payments (e.g. visa, mastercard, discover, ect.). Please see below for a Basic plan of what is going to be required for this project. Not ALL project details are below, there are many specifics and modifications that will be required along the way, and the freelancer that accepts this project MUST be willing to provide me with a complete solution according to my requirements & 100% satisfaction: 1- cron job task or task(s) as required to achieve regularly updated data 2- create admin panel, data parsing / data matching and database management tasks. 3- manage Obituaries page 4-manage Mailing page + search + upload csv 5- user registration/login & user search records & checkout / process payment and send CSV list of records via email *All testing and databases will be kept on my server, so that I can see changes and code throughout the project. I will release milestone upon full completion of project.
