Hi there, Your requirements are crystal clear except 3 and 4. I suppose with step 3 you want to import tracking data for the orders into magento. At step 4 you want to modify price and quantity obviously but there needs to be an extra field to identify the product. Also I assume all files will be csv. Let me know if I'm mistaken or missing anything here. Multiple magento sites are fine, it'll handle both 1.9 and 2 branches per your request.
