Hello we are looking for a good developer that can develop a cloud calculator for our company. It will be very similar to this.

We need to have the ability to change the parameters from a portal. Our current website is in drupal 6.
The calculator will be combination of what you see on Azure, AWS, HP Website or RackSpace. thats the gist of it.
Minimum Required parameters. You should be able to dynamically add more options from the backend and adjust the pricing.
Compute CPU: Extra Small (2gb + 1vCPU), Small (4gb + 2vCPU), Medium (8gb + 4vCPU) , Large (16gb + 4vCPU), Extra large (24gb + 6vCPU)
(Linux, Windows, SUSE) Tabs)
Storage : vDisk (1-10000) GB / TB (7.5K, 15k, SSD) tabs)
Bandwidth: 1-500) GB/ TB
Backup Retention: (1-10000) GB / TB (Local Redundant, Geo Redundant) tabs)
AddOns: LoadBalancer, VPNTunnels, Database
Support: Basic, Standard, Ultimate
Freelancers will be evaluated and a score will be assigned.

If you don't submit a detailed proposal with the scope of work, timeline, milestones, how exactly you plan to address the requirements, approach, scope you will definitely not be considered. Just giving me a price and saying I can do it, will not suffice.
If you have experience with previous calculators, this will be an asset.
