Hi, I understand perfectly what this situation can be like and I have handled similar situations. This infiltration can come from a vulnerable plugin, infected theme, weak passwords, incorrect permissions e.t.c It is worse when all websites are on the same hosting account. Once the attacker or malware can access the home directory, its wouldn't be hard to move around. I can help diagnose the problem and the source of the infiltration - this will be the first step in solving the problem.
