Hello. Do you need the script to run within Excel, so you load the both tables and get the 3 resulting ones as new opened documents? Otherwise (if you use Windows) I could write the script in Javascript, so it will generate the 3 files instantly as you drop the 2 input files onto the script in Explorer. In this case the input should be in CSV format, not XLS. Best regards

Hello, I'm an expert in VBA and VB.NET with 10 years of experience. I would suggest a simple standalone program where you can select the 2 CSV files and a destination folder. The program will read in both CSV files, compares them and create the 3 output files. I already have written a library before for reading the CSV files. I also have written a piece of code before to compare 2 item lists and returning the items that were saved, added and deleted. This piece of code I will be able to reuse for this as well. So this is why I can have this done very quickly and cheap. Hope to hear from you soon Best regards Wesley
