CSS improver | Urgent

Hello.

I need a reliable person to help me with CSS improvement.

This will be a ongoing hourly project.

Make no mistake, i will accept the lowest bid for the fastest person!

I would provide already created html and css sections (html may be printed by php).

This is no website design project.

I\'ll require small changes on my own css files.

Basically you will be responsible to improve it and make it mobile friendly and more responsive.

I will expect real time assistance when it\'s needed, so i\'m looking for very active freelancer.

Must speak understandable english and be available for call if needed.

Dont expect big money from this project because it will be very quick changes, however i\'ll need it a lot, so... if you are reliable we probably will work together a lot. almost on daily basis(no promises tho)... That being said, i am looking for very quick css expert to complete tasks within 15 minutes when required.
