I have a website with an upload system of mp3 who have a treatment. All work good. Actually, user need to convert an mp4 (video file) to mp3 and then send the mp3 with my website. I want to symplify that with a mac and windows apps in whic i give an mp4, the software convert it in mp3 and call the treatment php who actually work so they don't have to convert the mp4 as actually with vlc in mp3 and send the mp3 with the website interface the software take an mp4, convert in mp3 and call the treatment of the mp3 as actually
