Building script similar to OnlyWire.com for social sharing/bookmarking automatically

I need someone who has prior knowledge or has built something similar to [login to view URL] in past. I need a script that can post automatically to 30-40 different social bookmarking and social media sites. It needs to be a mix of scraping and API (whereever API is available).
