"I will need the backend admin dashboard changed and no one to know it was built on Wordpress platform." - Can you be a bit more specific? Is this in reference to the user login/Content submission? The reason why I ask is that, effectively there's no way to completely redesign the wordpress admin dashboard with out completely editing the core files. And if that was done, you'd never be able to update wordpress without having those core files overwritten. So no matter what, users with Admin or Super admin privileges will always be able to access the dashboard. Basically, what you're asking to do is not possible. On the other hand, if you're just trying to restrict user roles BELOW admin level from accessing the backend; then we can definitely do that. Depending on what specific functionality those users need, we could create a custom "User Dashboard" on the front end of the site based on user role. I think this would accomplish what you need.
