I need a freelancer to work on small tasks. Requirements: - CakePHP strong knowledge mandatory - Strong knowledges of API's (general) - Facebook and Paypal API's knowledge is a very good plus - Able to work with 'bad coded' scripts - Able to work with other developers when needed - Fluent English mandatory for calls - Knowledge of JIRA (tasks managements tool) is a plus It's not a full time job but several hours a week is required if I am satisfied by your work.
