Build tables in a Website

A WordPress website that requires entering data of all types in tables which include text, images, shortcodes, HTML. The table should look like the table in the following link: [login to view URL] and have the following functions: 1)search bar to search features, 2)sticky table header and 3)ability to choose the products, 4)responsiveness Please answer these when you post a bid: How was the page built? How do plan on achieving it if the website will have lots more similar tables? The data will be entered by the admin. Detailed info is appreciated.
