In need of a developer who can create a tool for comparing resume and job description to find the best fit and provide helpful insight to improve the resume.
I should be able to copy paste my resume and copy paste the job description, then it will compare the 2 and give me results.
Directions

2) create a free profile and use the tool by copying your resume and then some job decription
3) Take a screenshot of your results and send it to me
4) Provide a bid
5) Provide POC/Prototype
