hello I need a website built for a greeting company user can.. 1)register and login 2)create MSG (audio, video, image or text) set date and time of delivery 3)send a message on a phone number of the receiver 4)the URL of the greeting will be texted to receiver via SMS 5)the receiver will then click on URL and can view the greetings we also need - admin panel to block and unblock a user and see the information of registered users - a page where they can download our app - contact us+intro+homepage (Please do not exceed the budget) bids without proposals will be ignored
