Build matlab analysis formula for thingspeak channel

We have a thingspeak channel that receives temperature sensor data. We want to use a matlab analysis calculation to analyse the data from the channel (possibly up to 4 sensors/fields) providing the maximum temperature and minimum temperature the sensor has received in the last 24 hours. We would also like to be able to trigger the analysis automatically or via a react/time setting. An example of a channel is here: [login to view URL] In this example we would want to run the temperature max/min analysis on fields 1 and 3. The analysis would then be written to another channel with the maximum and minimum temperature of each sensor being written to their own field e.g. Field 1 sensor analysis would be written to [ChannelID] Field1 (maximum) Field2 (minimum) and Field 3 sensor analysis would be written to [ChannelID] Field3 (maximum) Field 4 (minimum). We have the analysis working as separate formulas, but would like to see if we can combine it into a single process.
