We want a simple forum with minimal features. A header with links A shoutbox No Categories, just simple threads. No registration system, only login and post with your STEAM account. When a user post, show steam avatar and steam name. I will provide you 2 template screenshots for you to work with. 1 for the main page, and one for viewing a thread. Feel free to use any free forum out there and make it look like how I want it, by removing or adding features to it. Such as phpBB or SMF.
