My current developers are struggling to develop a website/landing page for me, from the PSD files that I have, which suppose to look like this:

which looks miles away from what it actually suppose to look like. We do have RESPONSIVE PSD files for it and it suppose to look pixel perfect, 1:1 match to our PSD files and yeat it looks not even remotely close to what it needs to. If you look at it and you dont see a problem, dont even try to contact or bid on this project please.
We need someone to get this done in 1 week! If your up for this job and can get this done for us, make your bids, my budget is $500.
IT MUST BE DONE in 1 week, NO EXCEPTIONS! If you can't do this, DO NOT BID! Read through enter job description and start your proposal/message with the word "understood"! So I know you read through the description.
KEEP IN MIND, the lender needs to be RESPONSIVE/mobile friendly. The files that we have are responsive.
For me to be sure that you read through the entire description and for me to see that you truly see the problem that I currently have with the current development, explain the problem to me and how you can correct and get this whole thing development for us the right way. My developer claims that PSD files are bad, but I dont think so, they are good, but before we start I can send you the PSD files so you can check them, verify them and see whether you could get us 1:1 match with our current PSD files.

1st thing is that i dont have just 10 positive reviews but i have 230+ positive reviews in all projects. I have over 7 years of experience in psd to wordpress. Your developer stated that there is something wrong with psds so just send mejpg file of psd you have I will tell you if its fine or not.

First of all the main thing the current development version i see the font family and the font size issue.
There are many major difference between PSD version and development version.
Image alignment are totally different.
The container he made I guess it is 100% it should not be 100% if he one would like to match the psd.
The main thing which makes current developed version different is i guess the width, the layout difference and not use of accurate fonts.
I will translate your landing page 100% same as psd.

I saw both the links and seems to be a css issue. Your original site has a white border around and the new theme fixed to the borders. And a few more changes though.
As you had mentioned if you can send us the PSD file we can have a look if it has all the layers, images etc and then take a call on if we can do it with in your 500 budget
