Build a Widget for Our Site With Same Functionality as Land Rover Inspiration

We will create a Wordpress Widget that will function as a call to action and interactive portion of the website. The inspiration for this project is the Land Rover widget. The completed widget will have the following elements and functions:
Inspiration: [login to view URL] (widget on right side)
• Permanent placement on all pages, 5 icons in rectangular form, Right side center align
• The entire widget will show up upon first page view and then hide after 10 seconds
• Each icon will slide out on mouse over individually
• The five icons will be:
1 Find A Dealer (Map Icon)
• Links to Existing Dealer Locator
2 Request A Quote (Dollar Sign)
• Links to New Quote Form (details below)
3 Keep Me Informed (Letter Icon)
• Links to Existing Contact Form
4 Fit My Car (Car Icon) – Will not be Visible until Fitment Guide is completed
• Links to New Fitment Guide **
5 Social Media Links (Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook)
• The Quote Form Page will include the following fields:
o Name – Mandatory
o Email – Mandatory
o Phone number – optional
o Preferred contact method – pull down
o Car Make – optional
o Car Model – optional
o Desired Wheel Size – optional
o Desired Wheel Model and Finish – optional
o Will email end user inputs to designated email

Fitment guide needs to be created to allow the end user to choose the type of car they have and be supplied with all of the wheels that will fit their car. We already have the fitment data in an Excel format.

- Mobile Friendly
- Back end should have a log of all activity so that we can see what cars our potential clients have (Gathering Statistics)
- No app development is needed at this time.
- Easy to update from back end and add fitment as new cars and new wheels come out
