Build Website in Wordpress Based on Screen Mockups, Assets, and Content to be Provided

Our healthcare design organization, based out of Toronto, Canada is seeking assistance from a freelance Wordpress guru to build a website based on high-fidelity screen mockups, photo assets, and copy/content to be provided by our internal team. We are a team of visual designers and engineers and work as consultants in the healthcare sector, but do not have the bandwidth to take on the building/development of our own website right now and are therefore seeking external assistance in making this happen. We are/will be very particular about maintaining adherence to the screen mockups and interaction details to be provided, which will be well-detailed and ready to be executed on. The end deliverable is envisioned as a handoff of a working, optimized Wordpress website that our team would take on and manage post-handoff. Note that we have our own hosting setup already via StableHost, and can provide details as required. The website can be described as an "agency website" that seeks to outline/highlight our organization's key services, projects (case studies), and look to hook new clients who will land on our website, based on the following pages: • Home — hero image(s), carousel slider, content blocks, links to blog posts, footer • About — hero image(s), content blocks, staff pics (~30 people) • Services — carousel slider, content chunks, links to project case studies • Work — project/case studies — highlighted/hero projects, plus links to "older" projects • Careers — highlights current job openings (could link to LinkedIn, etc.) • What's New — blog/news page, with a few different types of posts which would have tags associated with them. This page is important to be "easily manageable" by our team post-handoff of the build • Contact — Map / directions to our organization High-fidelity screen mockups, assets, content, etc. and additional information can be provided as necessary. We would ideally like to work with someone local in the Toronto area who could work in our office alongside our designers to ensure an efficient working relationship, however other bids could be considered. This engagement will require a collaborative relationship, so good communication skills are important to our organization.
