Hello! I am a web developer with more than 2 years of experience . I have created WordPress themes and plugins. One thing I would like to warn you first WordPress doesn't mix very well with bootstrap. WordPress comes with its own HTML structure especially in parts like menu bar , comments images videos etc. You will need half of bootstrap overridden in another CSS file which will only make site heavy and slow. I would like to see the PSD designs and know about functions required in the site. We can figure out other ways like changing WordPress default behavior , use other frameworks like codeigniter etc. Looking forward to hear from you Thanks!
