Build a Website -- 2

I need a new website. I need you to build it. A Video site like YouTube or daily motion preferably as a Wordpress template With feature video, most played,newest upload display on the home page and a sidebar. I want user to use login through social media for users preferably. Would like users to have a page for their own videos and be able to challenge other users this will lead to a challenge page where they will have their videos side by side. User will be able to accept challenge reject or modify and have options from 1-7 days to post video or they will lose with image of fail if none is posted within the time frame. Would like a video mass uploader which will be able to take all the videos by searching categories or other serch criterias from the major video sites youtube, vimeo, dailymotion, vine, etc. would like the video display in high quality image or capture the frame in high quality. Would like all the video to be free from embedded advertising so i can place my own. Would need you to create an easy to place advertising in to this template. Would also need a picture mass uploader with another page. Also would like to be able to grab picture from social if possible. Creatiig categories,pages headers, font, post, should be done with ease. Would like to be able to customize. User should be able to share through social media with ease. My server does not have a mp4box so i will need a workaround for users to able to still post mp4 video on my site or a coverter. Video should be static after one video is finish the next one plays. Would like to be able to post a feature video to all my connected social media pages with ease. Also need a chat functionality so user can chat with each other. Would also like an app that connects with the website. Thats all for now plenty of opportunities down the line.
