Reserve your clubhouse, pool etc. Online payments for HOA fees Civic Assoc Community Directory Easy Online storage and retrieval of HOA Documents (CC & R's, meeting minutes etc) Editable on the fly web content. HOA Board members have administrator privileges to change the site at will 10 free email addresses for Board members. Board members can email the community at will from the website Mobile friendly website goes where your residents go on iPhone's, Android Blackberry's and other smartphones, including responsive templates YouTube ready and capable; put videos of your HOA online easily. Community forum for homeowner discussion on any topic.
