Build a Website

this is pretty self explanatory [login to view URL] I want to be able to save it to a list and generate a unique id for each network that would be on the url like [login to view URL] then add that to <script src="[login to view URL]"></script> this would generate a block of JavaScript based on the image above and any site that script tag is on would be effected dynamically by the changes it makes. [login to view URL] I would like to track clicks on one attribute that would be added to all the networks scripts when they are made. so I can track clicks on this page [login to view URL] and pass live tracking to [login to view URL] I can explain how that would be done in more detail, I need someone who is fluent in English and has skype or something similar.
