I have a client that uploads 2 CSV file in FTP. I need a script to parse the contents of the CSV's and save it in a HTML file (1 HTML per CSV), I will provide the layout for the table data. Cron needs to run all the time, because they upload the CSV randomly. Will pay flat $20 to get it fixed right away.
