Build a Website

Need front end design and connection to a back end MySQL database. The database is mostly constructed but you will need to work on implementing the front end design and helping the current programmer bring the site to life. Website will need to handle a product portal, a seller portal, and a buyer portal. No wordress, drupal, or pre-existing CMS platform. Knowing Node would be a plus for possible future development of the website. No content for the website required.
