Build a Website

The proposed project involves taking an existing and already installed wordpress theme and making some final modifications to it ready for publishing. The site is [login to view URL] (please ignore what is currently up at that address). We have purchased and ready to be installed in the theme section a wordpress theme by the name of Uncode ([login to view URL]) The theme has already been worked on up to a point but we need a developer now to re-install the theme (if necessary) and make the changed detailed below: 1) Home page A large photo occupying the whole of the page (photo will be provided). Menu in the top right and logo in the top left of the page. In the centre an animation would appear with the words “We are property : Advisors/Specialists/Developers/Investors/Buying Agents/Managers/Experts/Consultants”. If you install the Uncode theme you will see this animation has already been made though it does not function as we would want it to. It needs to be slick and eye catching so you may want to redo it or come up with better ideas on how to display these tag lines. The home page does not scroll any further. Under the text animation will be a call to action button (… More) which would take the user to the services page (see [login to view URL] which shows the home page though as already discussed the animated the text does not necessarily need to appear as it does here). 2) Services page We need a professional and sleek look for all the internal pages to follow. The Services page will contain text. 3) Projects page The projects page will contain 2 columns, one for images to be inserted in to and the other for text regarding that particular project 4) Contact page The contact page will have a form (similar to the one at [login to view URL]) and other details such as email/phone/address etc. Other things to note is that we would like a "coming soon" holding page put up whilst the site is being developed and we would also like a child theme to be created so future updates of the theme do not affect the site. I imagine the whole thing to take no longer than 3 to 5 hours at the most for a competent wordpress developer so please quote accordingly. Many thanks
