I need help updating my website to the latest version of WordPress. I keep getting the following error message on the homepage: "Fatal error: Call to undefined function is_blog() in /home/....../public_html/[login to view URL] on line 2" And I keep getting this message when I try to update: "Fatal error: Call to undefined function mbstring_binary_safe_encoding() in /home/......./public_html/wp-admin/includes/[login to view URL] on line 62"
