Build a Website

General information for the website: We will like someone to ensure that the site is FULLY tested on the test server before it is taken live. There will be ongoing work as we want to improve this platform. We are looking at making this job as templated as possible so if you can suggest faster and easier ways to do it we are open to it. We are very keen on Twitter bootstrap but if you can suggest a better platform for this(and reasons why) please contact me. Thanks in advance. Description of requirements/features: We are primarily looking for a team to work on this and not just one developer. We are wanting to build a website to allow customers to buy online writing services from our website using paypal pro. We are looking at building a website using the UNIFY theme or something very similar. You can check out the theme here: [login to view URL] If there is another theme better you worked, let us know. The reason we want to use this theme is that a lot of the functions we need are already built into the theme and so don't need to redo things. WE DO NOT WANT TO START FROM SCRATCH OR USE OTHER THEMES. Requirements: --------------------------- *** There is stage A an B and we would like a quote for both stages ***** 1) Stage A: The front end will be a simple website (this is done first) Set up front end of the site which is simply installing and then editing the existing template we give you. Should allow customers to buy 4 different services from the website using the already built in theme and pricing table. 2) Stage B: Work on the back end which will have 4 modes. This is where most of the work of the project is Stage B. Details of STAGE B BELOW: --------------------------- The backend will have 4 modes; 1) guest mode (customers can place an order) 2) user (is a logged in customer) 3) contractors 4) admin for the owners/account managers to use There will be a basic workflow for the customer to create an order and then be prompted to sign in/up and pay for order. The backends will be the same but users will only see what they need to see.   The backend for the logged in customers ------------------------- To have the following pages: 1. Orders - 4 pages - Add New, In progress, Pending Feedback & Complete 2. Messaging - instant message format between account manager(s) and customers. 3. Manage your profile 4. Financial - orders and money paid in the past can export to csv 5. FAQ The backend for contractors ----------------------------------- 1. Work - New Work, Assigned Tasks, Pending review and Completed Tasks 2. Messaging - instant messaging 3. Manage Profile 4. Financial - see what orders are complete, pay into paypal and see other past orders complete - can export to csv 5. FAQ Admin Backend -------------------------------------- 1. Dashboard page - all orders in system and status, financial statistics, order statics, customers, writers 2. Order management - complete control over orders 3. User Administration - can create, delete or suspend users 4. Instant chat with any user including writers and customers 5. Complete financial data and control 6. FAQ - edit and create new, remove.
