Hi, I have 5 year experience in Ruby on rails, I have worked in and deployed many rails application to AWS and digital ocean with instance using Ubuntu OS.I Use Capistrano for deployment, also configured nginx with unicorn Rails can be used for web dashboard and ruby as background also to run the scraping script.
