Hi, to help manage RHEL based OS repos I use Spacewalk. I have built this app several times to my clients in private infrasructure too. Using this tools you can create mirrors of any other repositories and manage your owns. If you wish I can host you one repo on my own servers (in Hungary) or I can build it to you. To be honest I must say I never built PG or MySQL from source, but it can't be so different from other apps and tools. If you think we can work together we will talk about the details.
