Build a CRM POS internal website

Background The client has a requirement for a cloud based, responsive, CRM system for a computer repairs business, for 2 users. The client has a high street shop that provides computer repair services in the local areas of Eastbourne. The client currently uses spreadsheets to manage records and is need for a more robust solution. The leading CRM system for this industry is www.repairshopr.com. A system will be designed that has features that are similar to this system (albeit simplified in several respects). Expected users: 2 Modules required: A high level suggested solution is below. The modules required for the initial stage (inclusive of workflow) are below: Job booking system •Customer data •Job status reports Stock system •Inventory reports •Inventory data POS •Invoices •Sales reports •Sales data 1) Job Booking system: Users will be able to add new customers, and then create a new job. Overall dashboard Individual dashboard 1b) Customer details (incorporated in job booking system): Add new customer Customers should also be linked to the items that they have brought in for repair. Items that have been repaired should be trackable by customer and repairs carried out (if the items in brought back again, it should be identified as needed). The Job Booking system will integrate with the Stock system as needed. 2) Stock System: There are about 300 items kept in inventory. These may also be allocated to the jobs. The business does not sell any inventory items separately. As new inventory is purchased, it should be added to the system. This will enable a complete inventory to be maintained at any point in time. Stock reports should be available when needed. Stock data can also be queries online, and reported in .csv formats to assist with accounting needs. 3) POS system: When the job is completed, the POS system should be able to generate invoices, and refunds. The invoices will collect data from the Job Booking System (including customer data). The system will keep track of unpaid and paid invoices. A report of cash receipts could also be generated to aid bank reconciliations. Sales reports that list all sales during a period will also be prepared. Data can also be made available in .csv files to assist with accounting requirements.
