Hello I need a basic program that will take a .txt or .csv file and will: 1. Remove all line breaks (ONLY inside quotation marks " ") and replace with a comma. 2. It will also remove all blank lines. 3. It will NOT affect existing properly formatted quote areas. 4. I need to be able to double click the program and have it "browse" to find file or files inside a folder and have the output completed file also placed in that folder. 5. it should be able to run multiple files in a folder. See before and after files attached. Before file: Column A = Bad Column B = Good Column C = Bad After Filer Column A = Good Column B = Good Column C = Good Please advise on Price, I will tip for FAST delivery.
